In December 2020 we needed a second home in the east of Pretoria and were fortunate to obtain the services of LIVING LINK REALTY. The agent amazed us with her extensive knowledge of the area. We were spoiled for choice on a range of lovely homes and it was hard to select a favourite. We eventually decided on a unit inside Equestria Estate. The signing of the contract documentation was swift and effortless. The agent used her vast experience of the Estate procedures to prepare us for and guide us through the rigorous processes to obtain security clearance and access permissions. On the date of occupation we arrived on a Saturday afternoon on a flight from Cape Town, a day ahead of the delivery of our furniture. The agent awaited us after hours at the unit, facilitating a seamless transfer of the keys. Having had the only bare essentials with us, the agent surprised us with food snacks, coffee accessories and a complimentary kettle. From there on we only received the best possible treatment from LIVING LINK. The Defects List was compiled professionally. We had one or two complaints on the unit, which was responded to immediately and to our total satisfaction. We have recently signed an extension of our rental contract. Despite having a guideline 8% rental escalation clause in our contract, the Agency negotiated with the Landlord on our behalf and succeeded to obtain a zero percentage in rental fees for us. With such great service we plan to keep the rented unit until at least the end of 2024. LIVING LINK is renowned for walking the extra mile. During one of the lockdown periods we were locked out at our primary home in a neighbouring province. We received news of a substation failure in the Equestria area and phoned the LIVING LINK agent who confirmed the electrical outage. She then offered to collect the frozen meat from our fridge for safe storage somewhere else until the power is restored.
